Situated in a beautiful, quiet location in the centre of the Žďárské vrchy protected natural area, this newly built cottage with a swimming pool has been tuned to the last detail: the folk architecture is complete with a wooden interior and stylish accessories.
ABSOLUTE PRIVACY AND SPACE
The cottage is located on the edge of a small village, the neighbours are far away, and the owner does not live in the building. You can take advantage of the large fenced garden or the adjacent meadow. You will have privacy in one of the five en-suite rooms, and you can have fun together in the large common room without disturbing your sleeping children or tired friends.
BEAUTIFUL NATURE
AND CLEAN ENVIRONMENT
There are many nice places in the Highlands, but the Žďárské vrchy area is the most beautiful; this is one of the reasons why it was declared a protected natural area in 1970. It is also one of the cleanest areas in our country, where tap water has better parameters than most bottled waters. So you definitely don’t need to bring water in PET bottles with you.
COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE
Although the cottage is built and furnished in a traditional rural style, you will enjoy all the comfort that modern technologies offer: the heating and hot water systems are automatic, using a heat pump; each room has its own thermostat for setting the desired temperature; the tiled and wooden floors are heated with underfloor heating; the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine; high-quality mattresses ensure healthy sleep; and the rooms are furnished with solid wood furniture.
